其实看到这个博客挺久了。我的资料已经交了,当时交的时候,我的技术工作在官网上并没有工资要求,属于part A,以前只有part C的工作有工资要求。可是最近移民官要我把交税的资料和工资单全部交给他。我的年薪离那个要求还差不少。。。

My SMC Expression of Interest (EoI) has been selected from the SMC Pool but I have not yet been invited to apply: if I obtain an invitation to apply before 14 August but do not submit my SMC residence application until after 14 August, can I be assessed under the current SMC instructions?
If your Invitation to Apply was issued on the basis of a selection from the SMC Pool before the policy change your application will be assessed under the SMC instructions that were in place at the time your EoI was selected, regardless of whether you application is submitted after 14 August. The application must be received within the standard four month limit.
已经DS不会受新政策影响, 要求提供纳税和工资情况是较常见的, 有些人还会被要求提供雇主的经营状况的相关材料, 只要没问题, 提供之后离AIP就不远了. 只是有一点, 旧政策虽然没有提出明确的工资数目, 但不代表没要求. 通常需要不能过低于普遍的市场水平, 如果差距太大, 移民官可能会认为你的工作不够skill. 但发生这种情况并不是没申诉的机会, CO还是会给解释机会的, 构成工资水平的成份比较多, 比如公司的经营情况(是不是新公司), 所在的区域经济情况(南岛工资比北岛低,小镇工资比城市低), 申请人的资历情况(刚毕业比有工作经验的薪水低)等等, 可以在这方面做出解释, 另外雇主的支持也比较重要, 比如给出加薪预期.
